- Infor XA ERP – ISE is an Infor Channel Partner and reseller of the Infor XA ERP solution. Our team has deep expertise in helping customers upgrade and implement Infor XA ERP in their businesses. We can also host and manage our customer’s Infor XA environment in the cloud.
- IBM – ISE is an IBM partner selling IBM iSeries servers. We have staff with technical expertise to update, upgrade and optimize the IBM iSeries. In addition, we offer IBM iSeries cloud hosting and/or remote management services.
- MV2 MES – We develop, sell, implement, and support our proprietary MV2 MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution that connects, monitors, and coordinates complex manufacturing systems, data flows, and people on the shop floor.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Create compelling and engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and advertising materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for content marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Manage paid and organic social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to track and measure digital marketing performance.
Event Marketing & Public Relations
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Develop press releases and manage relationships with media outlets.
- Support influencer and partnership marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Develop strategies for capturing and nurturing leads through content, advertising, and CRM tools.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve marketing efforts.
- Implement and manage loyalty and referral programs to boost customer retention.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role (agency or in-house).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, WordPress, Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, PPC advertising, and email marketing automation.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
