    8.      Status Updates

Based on the severity of the incident, status updates will be provided in the following manner.

  • Critical (high priority) incidents, every 4 hours until incident is resolved.
  • Non-critical (medium or low) incidents, at a minimum of weekly.
  • Modifications or enhancements at a minimum of weekly.
