o       Our goal is that all calls, emails, and web support forms will be responded to within a 30-minute period.

o       Upon opening a support incident, a severity level will be assigned. 

o       Severity levels will be communicated to the customer.

o       Responses will be communicated based on the priority level and the order in which the call was received..
