Help Desk Support Information


    5.      Training Requirements

When calling the Help Desk Support Center for support, the customer must have received the recommended training for the Paper-Less product.  The Help Desk Support Staff will evaluate calls, and if determined to be an extensive training support call, a billable consulting charge will be incurred by the customer at the current consulting rate. 

Monthly education classes are available for the complete suite of Paper-Less products (MDCC, QRMS, TMPS, ATM) for customers and affiliates.  Please call or visit our website for the latest education schedule.
