2.   Hours of Operation

• Hours of operation:  7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. 
  
  
• After hours support is available.
  
  After normal business hours and on weekends, call 1-888-473-0800 or 1-262-567-9240.
  
  For the Paper-Less suite of products (MDCC, QRMS, TMPS, ATM), the voice mail system will direct you to extension 177 on a non-billable basis.
  
  All other types of problems (AS400, MAPICS, upgrades), the voice mail system will direct you to extension 197. This will be billable in half-hour increments at a premium rate, which is 1 ½ times the normal rate.  Leaving a voice mail message for extension 197, will serve as an agreement to any billable charges.
